We've received two memorial donations, a donation in the name of Ed Froberg NVHS class of '49 by Judy Paulson, and a donation in memory of Inez Sorenson Berg by Jean Marr. These donations will continue to grow the endowment to help future NVHS grads continue their education. "The Marvin Honcoop Memorial Scholarship", was established by his Brother Larry Honcoop. Marvin Honcoop was a graduate of Nooksack Valley High School. The $1,000.00 Scholarship is for a graduating senior who desires to pursue an education in the trades at a Vo-Tech or Community College. The young Gentleman who was awarded this scholarship is very excited to continue his education at Bellingham Technical College in Car Mechanics. We thank the Honcoop Family for their very generous donation in the memory of their loved one.

A donation was given in memory of Hal Haddock. Mr. Haddock was a teacher and a coach at Nooksack High School in the late 60's. We thank the family and friends of Mr. Haddock for their contribution to the NVSF Scholarship Fund in memory of their loved one.

 How to Give

  • Gifts of any amount are received into the general endowment fund which is used to generate annual scholarships.

  • A fund that will exist in perpetuity, and can honor family members or friends. Minimum endowments are $10,000. Endowment criteria is established by the donor.

  • A gift that begins at $500.00 and is renewable on an annual basis. Gifts can honor family members or friends.

  • Memorials may be established to honor loved ones.
